Birthday Stuff

While I hate asking for birthday presents, or seeming like I want anything at all, really, people ask what I want for my birthday (June 12, yo. Come to the party, Sunday June 15th, at The Dark Room. http://darkroomsf.com/#bttf )
So here's the list.

Buttons. Love 'em. Stan got me a bunch of killer ones from http://www.davidandgoliathtees.com/index.php?mode=HAFB in Vegas last year that rock my socks off. Plus, bonus, they're super cheap from TORRID, or MULTIKULTI or HAPPY TRAILS (are they still open?) and places like that.

Board Games. Check with Stan or Mom, or, now that I live with them, Orin and Lynae, if you want to make sure I don't already have it. Then, once I have the game, COME PLAY IT WITH ME!!

Booze. You know how it is.

Duct Tape. I haven't been making as much with my duct tape lately, but that's gotta change. I feel the itch to create awesomeness with multicolored adhesive strips like you wouldn't believe, and supplies are always running low.

Subscriptions. I've always wanted, but couldn't justify, subscriptions to MAKE, BUST, REAL SIMPLE and the like.

T-Shirts. The size rundown: I like a mens Large, a womens fitted XXL, a Raglan Large, and a childrens XL. Don't ask, it doesn't make sense anyway. If you're afraid it won't fit, go a size up, and I can sew it in.

Electronics. If you want to donate to a "Buy Rhiannon a new Ipod" fund, well, I'd probably dance a bit.

Fabric. If it's cool, if you think I could do something neat with it, I'm in. We all know orange is my favorite color and I like checks and rainbows and stars and all kinds of silly things. Retro is good. You've all seen my FRYGUYS pleated schoolgirl skirt.

Money-related things. If someone wanted to donate to my "Rhiannon had a bad run with some parking tickets" fund, I wouldn't say no. In fact, there would probably be kisses. I promise not to blow the money on hookers and blow.

Gift certificates: I'm partial to TARGET, RETROFIT, COFFEE, WALMART (what? Their jeans fit me better than any ever), MULTIKULTI and pretty much anywhere with a clearance rack.

Recent obsessions: Pirates (always), the color pink, cowboys and cowgirls, many colored Chuck Taylors (size 9.5/10 ladies, 8 mens), and photography.

Please, and I ask this with all of the love in my heart, don't get me a HUGE AWESOME AMAZING anything unless you clear it with me first. Yes, surprise is wonderful, but I don't have room for another giantlegopirateplayisland/beautifulwallsizedpainting/totallyawesomegiantthing.

HOWEVER!! I don't need a stinkin' gift. I just want you to come to my (joint shindig with Sherilyn) birthday party and have a great time. Gifts are extraneous and never expected.
